Item Description  
1.0 WELCOME  
1.1 The Meeting Chairperson, Phil Edwards, welcomed all the attendees and advised that the AGM would be immediately followed by the Community Forum with the Mayor and Bellarine Ward Councillors.  
1.2 Attendance: Attendance sheets were circulated during the meeting – a total of 40 people were in attendance some of who were members of OGCA.  
1.3 Apologies :   Michael Harbour, Howard Deane, Noel Emselle  
2.0 CONFIRMATION OF 2017 AGM MINUTES  
2.1 Minutes are on the OGCA website and were tabled at the meeting. Moved Gordon King and Seconded David Reid that the minutes of the 2017 AGM as tabled be accepted.  Carried.  
3.0 CHAIRPERSONS REPORT  
3.1 The Chairperson’s Report was tabled and is available on the OGCA website.  The Chair of the meeting spoke to the key points on achievements and on the future of the OGCA. Moved Phil Edwards, Seconded Ian Rabone that the Chairperson’s Report be accepted.  Carried.  
4.0 FINANCIAL REPORT  
4.1 The Financial Report was tabled (copy attached).  Moved Gordon King, Seconded Jo Hawthorne that the Financial Report be accepted.  Carried.  
5.0 ELECTION OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS  
5.1 Nominations received from:  Phil Edwards, Noel Emselle, Michael Harbour, Jo Hawthorn, Gordon King, Ian Rabone, David Reid, Karen Thornton.  All nominations were accepted.  
6.0 ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS  
6.1 The Committee Meeting on 6 June 2018 will decide the Office Bearers of Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer from those members elected to the Committee.  
7.0 CHANGE TO MODEL RULES  
7.1 There are no changes to the Model Rules  
8.0 GENERAL BUSINESS  
8.1 Nil  
9.0 CLOSE OF AGM  
  Phil Edwards, on behalf of the OGCA Chairperson Michael Harbour, thanked all in attendance, closed the AGM and opened the Community Forum.
